1. Return Eligibility

Office Decor Hub accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for most standard products. To be eligible for return, items must be: • Unused and in original condition • In original packaging with all tags attached • Accompanied by proof of purchase • Not classified as custom or special order items

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return: • Custom-made or special order furniture • Products that have been assembled or installed • Clearance or final sale items • Damaged products not reported within 48 hours of delivery • Services already rendered (consultation, installation)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return: 1. Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery 2. Provide order number and reason for return 3. Receive return authorization and instructions 4. Package items securely in original packaging 5. Ship to designated return address Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless due to our error.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return: • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days • Original shipping costs are non-refundable • Restocking fees may apply for large commercial returns • Refunds are issued to the original payment method • Store credit options are available for faster processing

5. Damaged or Defective Products

Report damaged or defective items within 48 hours of delivery: • Contact us immediately with photos of damage • We will arrange for inspection or pickup • Options include repair, replacement, or refund • No return shipping costs for defective items • Manufacturer warranties may provide additional coverage

6. Service Cancellations

For installation and consultation services: • Cancellations 48+ hours before service: Full refund • Cancellations 24-48 hours before: 50% refund • Cancellations less than 24 hours: No refund • Rescheduling is available at no charge with 48-hour notice • Services already performed are non-refundable

7. Warranty Claims

Most products include manufacturer warranties: • Warranty periods vary by product (1-10 years) • Claims must follow manufacturer guidelines • Normal wear and tear not covered • Installation work guaranteed for 90 days • Contact us for warranty claim assistance
