All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We require full payment or deposit before order processing. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and business checks. For large commercial orders, custom payment terms may be arranged. Prices are in US dollars unless otherwise specified.

4. Delivery and Installation

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Installation services require pre-scheduled appointments and may be subject to site conditions. Customer is responsible for providing safe access to installation sites. Additional charges may apply for complex installations or site preparations.

5. Returns and Warranty

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Custom orders and installed items are non-returnable. Products come with manufacturer warranties covering defects. Warranty claims must be filed according to specific product guidelines. Installation work is guaranteed for 90 days against workmanship defects.

6. Limitation of Liability

Office Decor Hub's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by law.
